We extend a warm invitation to you to attend our MPP Zoom Fono for Pacific Disability Support Workers, to be held on Thursday 2 June at 5.30pm. The fono is for any persons or agencies providing support to Pacific disabled persons.

The talanoa will cover two key topics:

1. Your community pharmacy - Learn about how you can better access your community pharmacy and the services that are provided

2. Interim Pacific Health Plan - Provide an overview of the proposed interim Pacific Health Plan, which sets some of the key priorities for Pacific health over the next 2 years:

• The interim Pacific Health Plan will continue to evolve as we engage with the sector and community to refine the key priorities and enablers that will ensure strong foundations for Pacific Health are laid in the reformed health system.
• We are particularly interested in the insights from our Pacific with Disability specific perspective, Pacific people who work with Pacific with disability, and from the perspective of a group that works on the wider determinants of health.
